Indications
Zovirax Liquid is a prescription medication used to treat infections caused by the herpes simplex virus, including initial and recurrent genital herpes, as well as herpes zoster (shingles). Use and Dosage
Zovirax Liquid is on oral medication by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor, usually 2 to 5 times a day. Drink plenty of fluids while taking the Liquid to prevent dehydration and to follow the dosage instructions provided by your healthcare provider.

You may take Zovirax Liquid with or without food but be sure to take your medication at regular intervals. Take and for how many days to take it. Finish all the prescribed medication, even if you feel better.
Do not skip doses or stop your medication early, and do not take more medication than directed.
