Use and Dosage
For Children from 2 to 6 years of age: Lay down or seat the child and then follow directions for children over 6 years of age.
For Adults and children over 6 years of age. To use Rhinaris Saline Solution, follow these general steps:
- Blow your nose before using the solution.
- Tilt your head slightly to the side, so that one nostril is facing upward.
- Gently insert the nozzle of the bottle into your upper nostril.
- Press the dispenser briefly to release the saline solution.
- Allow the solution to flow into your nostril and out through the other nostril, or down the back of your throat. 1 to 2 spray(s) per nostril, 1 to 3 times per day as needed or as recommended by your healthcare professional. One spray is equivalent to 1.5 ml per second.
- Repeat the process on the other side.
- Blow your nose gently to remove any excess saline solution and mucus.
- Rinse the nozzle of the bottle with water and replace the cap.
