Breathe out through your mouth. Repeat these steps in the other nostril. Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the cap. Do not blow your nose for at least 15 minutes after using the spray. Use Beconase AQ Nasal regularly as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
