Schizophrenia: Abilify Discmelt is used for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults and adolescents aged 13 years and older.

Adjunctive Treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD): Abilify Discmelt is used as an adjunctive therapy for the treatment of major depressive disorder in adults when an adequate response to other antidepressant therapy has not been achieved.
Irritability Associated with Autism: It is also indicated for the treatment of irritability associated with autistic disorder in children aged 6 to 17 years.

Abilify Discmelt belongs to a class of drugs known as atypical antipsychotics, which work by balancing the levels of dopamine and serotonin in the brain, helping to improve symptoms of psychotic disorders, mood disorders, and irritability.
